you look like a really good friggin cook, or baker..whatever you'd like to be called. The stuff in that dish though kinda looks like something i puked up a couple weeks ago, but i'm sure it still tastes good :)
Hello Carla~ this is sourdough starter in the bottle(the bottom picture), they are the bread yeast to make the bread (Ciabatta, upper picture) to have very nice aroma~ It's hard to make the Ciabatta without this starter~ ^___^
