Wow Leafyu,

That was one of my favorite candies as I kid. Use to love the flavor and the way the clear thin rice paper (I think) wrapper melted in my mouth. Could you share your recipe?

thanks,
lance

Hi, Lance~
I am wondering if you could give me your e-mail address so that I can sent the recipe to you~~ ^__^

The recipe is from one of my friend. I think she doesn't want her recipe posted on the web~ :)

And could you read Chinese? I only have the Chinese version. ^___^ one of the ingredients is only sold in chinese market(I can not find it in my local supermarket>___<)

By the way~~ The rice paper!! I could not find in my place too!! I only wraped it with wax paper... Are you live in New York? I hope you could find it^_^

Hi Leafyu,

If your friend doesn't want you to post her recipe on your website, I don't think she's like you to share her recipe with me as well. Better not take a chance. Don't want you to get in trouble with her. By and by, she will not share her special recipes with you anymore. Plus I can't read chinese anyways. Thanks though.

I was wondering if you could share your fried Meat Bun recipe. That's the first time I've seen them fried instead of baked or steamed. Very interesting and looks delicious.

I'm from and live in Hawaii. I've never seen those really thin rice paper to wrap the milk candy here neither. If I come across of it, I'll send you some. -lance
