Garlic shimp


Green bean stir fry

昨天晚上的晚餐,炒四季豆和炒虾,四季豆和加了酒和姜的切碎牛肉炒真的很香,一定要爆香蒜头下去炒哦,上碟洒点香油。

虾是清炒,之前有用酒,盐和胡椒淹过,好吃! Green Bean: Hot pan with oil and garlic, stir in the ground beef (marinaded with corn starch, soya sauce, sugar and white pepper). stir fry for a while, then add rice wine. Cover for a while, then the green bean (water blanched), salt. Cover another minute. Before serve, put three drops of sesame oil. Shimp Stir Fry: Hot pan with oil and garlic and ginger agian, put in the marinaded shimp (salt, wine and white pepper). Stir fry for a few minutes. as soon as the shimp turn red, then it is done, around 2-3 minutes. Don't over cook it, otherwise the shrimp will not tender.
