Steak

老公的拿手菜,煎牛排。我喜欢吃五分熟的,但老公喜欢吃七至八分熟的。没办法,他只能迁就我,所以牛排看起来很血腥。

My husband use some mix dry herbs to marinade the steak for at least 1 hours. preheat oven 350F. Hot pan with oil pan fry both side to golden brown. be careful of the heat, don't burn the steak. Red wine is added, then put the steak in the oven for 15 minutes. Flip the steak once in the middle of the baking time. The steak will be just medium for this time period, if you like the steak medium well, bake longer time.
